Most Hero Arms are myoelectric — sensors placed against the skin detect muscle signals in your residual limb and translate them into precise, proportional finger and wrist movements. The Hero Gauntlet is body-powered, controlled by wrist movement for partial-hand differences.
There are no wires to plug in, no batteries to strap on separately, and the whole device is 3D-printed to your exact anatomy, making it one of the lightest, most comfortable, and most accessible advanced prosthetic arms available.
