We just got our 6 year old son a Hero Arm through Open Bionics. We did our initial appointments in Orlando, and then had our pick-up appointment with Isabel at the new Charlotte clinic. Isabel in Charlotte was easy to work with, great with our son, and communicative leading up to, and following our appointment with her. When we first started the Hero Arm process, we connected virtually with a prosthetist at the New York location, who was fantastic as well. We can now say we give 5 stars to Open Bionics clinicians in 3 cities: NY, Orlando, and Charlotte! Every step of the process, even Open Bionics’ help with getting insurance approval, was extremely smooth for us. It’s rare these days to have such a positive experience like this from beginning to end, and it’s clear that this company puts their patients and families first! Our son is thrilled with his Iron Man Hero Arm! The technology is amazing—we are excited to be a part of the Open Bionics family now, and to see what is to come! Thanks, Isabel!
