Absolutely lovely team, working with open bionics to get my son his Hero arm was an amazing experience. The team made sure me and our family were at ease the whole time, we travelled up from Cornwall and they were understanding of times of us getting there etc. We met with Helder and have nothing but good words about him, as well as everyone else we have had contact with. Hero Arms are the way forward!! 🦾🦾 Thank you all again.
