Hello — I wanted you to know just how genuinely empathetic, informative and caring one of your Seattle-based team members was today. Our interaction with Lucas (I really wish I’d asked his last name) opened a world of inspiration. As a family seeking ways our twin daughters might explore adaptive technology for tetramelic monodactyly, Lucas and his teammates at a Lucky Fin event (upper limb difference US organization) exuded confidence and patience in answering our questions and giving us hands-on experience with your breakthrough prosthetics.
