Tilly was given the Alita covers by director James Cameron at the blockbuster’s premier in London. We worked with the team at Alita to develop a bespoke set of Hero Arm prosthetic covers that could clip onto Tilly’s Hero Arm.

Tilly has been wearing the Hero Arm since she was 8 years old.
