Cannot express how amazing Katie was during my pick up of my new prosthetic! Within seconds she made me feel so comfortable and was so thoughtful in helping me get use to my new hand! From being patient and encouraging to lighthearted and genuine I had such a great experience. I feel very supported and looking forward to this new experience in prosthetics!
