Open Bionics is Awesome. From day one driving to Orlando meeting Emily to start the process to get my Hero Arm was a great experience. Emily was very Professional and Knowledgeable throughout the whole process. From beginning to the arrival of my arm, Emily kept me updated every step of the way. When I went back to her office to pick it up, she made sure that everything worked properly and I was happy. I would definitely recommend Open Bionics to anyone that’s in need of a great product.
